When we took this project on, the house was dark and lacked flow within the spaces. It wasn’t doing justice to the amazing surroundings within which it sits – imagine hidden forest, flowing river, fire-pits and outdoor sauna cabin.  We removed old vinyl floors and damp carpet and replaced it with a contemporary yet rustic palette of poured concrete floors, warm timber clad walls and kitchen and built in cosy nooks into the awkward sloped ceiling spaces making the most of the opportunity to build in a bed, allowing you to be level with the window, appreciating views of river beyond. Finally we styled, procured, stored and installed the finished product with furnishings that complimented the eclectic vibes of this contemporary country cottage.  See Hiraeth, Pembrokeshire @uniquehomestays for availability.
